Marie-Christine L'été creates decorative ceramic objects in her Montreal studio. Trained at the Centre de céramique Bonsecours in France, she makes her creations on the wheel and fires them in raku. This method of firing makes each object unique and has its own history.

CARE: Not dishwasher safe. Pieces fired with the raku technique remain porous. But this flowerpot has been sealed so you can put water on it.

Your meals will look much more appetizing on this white porcelain plate made by artist Mathilda Lovell. The red and yellow spiral patterns are hand painted and inspired by Maori culture.

Mathilda Lovell is a French-British ceramic artist. Her passion comes from her grandfather, also a ceramist. Trained at the Centre de céramique Bonsecours in Montreal, she creates a universe in which everyday objects become fantasy. She is inspired by European, African, and aboriginal cultures to create her contemporary pieces.
