We use Canada Post to ship your order. Delivery can take from 2 to 14 days once it has been shipped.

  • EXCHANGE AND RETURN
We do not make any refunds. However, if you have changed your mind we will be happy to exchange your item for a voucher valid in our store or online within 15 days of receipt of your order.

  • CONDITION OF EXCHANGE

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • RETURN COSTS
If you wish to exchange an undamaged item, you will have to pay for the cost of returning the product(s).
Initial shipping charges are not refundable.

If your package has not been claimed, it will be returned to us.
We will contact you to determine whether the order should be reshipped or refunded.
