Refund policy

  • EXCHANGE AND RETURN
We do not issue refunds. However, if you have changed your mind we will be happy to exchange your item for a voucher valid in our store or online within 15 days of receipt of your order.
  • EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
  • RETURN COSTS
If you wish to exchange an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for the new shipping charges for your exchange.
  • UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
If your package has not been claimed, it will be returned to us.
We will contact you to determine whether the order should be reshipped or refunded.
If the buyer does not return to us within 31 days, the order cannot be reshipped and will not be refunded.
