END OF CANADA POST STRIKE: Online ordering limited to Canada until January 31, 2025

Due to Canada Post's one-month strike delay, we are offering online ordering for Canada only, until January 31, 2025.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for extended delivery times or lost packages.

Our boutique in Old Montreal remains open throughout the holiday season. We look forward to welcoming you for your purchases or for in-store pick-up.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

All packages are sent without a signature. If you prefer this option, please contact us.

Please note that postal delays are beyond l'Empreinte's control and may be longer than expected due to Canada Post's backlog following a month-long walkout, or to the time of year.

  • SHIPPING DELAYS
Once your order has been validated and paid for, we ship your package within a maximum of 5 working days.
Some items are produced to order. In such cases, shipping may take up to 10 working days, and you will be notified accordingly.
Delivery may take from 2 to 14 days once it has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking number from the selected carrier.
