The Darveelicious illustrations are the creations of illustrator and graphic designer Darvee. She is inspired by Quebec's cultural heritage and her love for the French language to create drawings in black and white or in colour. Minimalist and sometimes sarcastic, each illustration conveys her love for Quebec. By the way, everything is drawn and printed in Montreal.

- SHIPPING DELAY
Once your order has been validated and paid for, we will dispatch your parcel within a maximum of 5 working days.

- CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER
Contact us immediately at (514) 861-4427. If your order is still being processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- EXCHANGE AND RETURN
We do not issue refunds. However, if you have changed your mind, we will gladly exchange your item for a voucher valid in our store or online within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
- RETURN COSTS
If you wish to exchange an undamaged item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the new shipping charges for your exchange.
- UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
If your package has not been claimed, it will be returned to us.
We will contact you to determine whether the order should be reshipped or refunded.
If the buyer does not return to us within 31 days, the order cannot be reshipped and will not be refunded.
