I found this item at a store in Old Town Montreal. Its simplicity and was stylishness was remarkable. However, I talked myself out of buying it. Buyer’s remorse sat in when I got home and et voila, I bought one after all.
Il est superbe je l’aurais aimé plus gros du tiers, à part cela rien à redire
Félicitations
Ceramic utility pot, Kontenant
1791611
Regular price $55.00A versatile ceramic utility pot, handmade in Quebec. Use it in the kitchen to hold utensils, in your workshop to hold pencils and brushes, or on a coffee table to display a bouquet of flowers.
Montreal ceramist Sophie Cousineau creates durable, multifunctional objects to brighten and comfort the senses. The primary colors she uses, the contrast between the color of the clay and the glaze, between the matte texture of the glaze and the bare clay, all contribute to highlighting the raw material.
I draw inspiration from the Bauhaus philosophy to create sober objects with minimalist geometric lines that can serve multiple functions. I'm inspired by the colors and shapes used in the works of Gaudi, Kandinsky, Miro, and Hundertwasser.
CARE:
- Dishwasher and microwave safe
- Waterproof. May contain water
