Mathilda Lovell is a ceramic artist of Franco-British origin. She inherited her passion from her grandfather, who was also a ceramist. Trained at Montreal's Centre de céramique Bonsecours, she creates a world in which everyday objects become fantasy. She draws inspiration from European, African, and Aboriginal cultures to create her contemporary pieces.
